Privacy notice

Draft – review before launch. This notice explains how BlueTech Labs ("we") uses personal data under UK GDPR.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you give us – such as your name, email, phone number, business details and message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project (our lawful bases are your request and our legitimate interests). We never sell your data or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who processes it

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form messages are delivered by Resend. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@bluetechlabs.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
